Welcome to Seven Oaks HOA Website

The Seven Oaks Subdivision is located on East New Orleans (101st Street) between Lynn Lane (177th Street) and County Line Road (193rd Street).  The Creek Turnpike and the Broken Arrow campus of Northeastern State University are just two miles to the east of Seven Oaks.  Currently, over one hundred families reside in the Seven Oaks Subdivision.  We are a growing and diverse community.

Summer At Seven Oaks

Work is continuing on Reserve A.  Backyard Depot has been retained to maintain the quality of the water in Reserve A.  Backyard Depot will also install two fountains with light kits.  This will enhance the physical and aesthetic appearance of Reserve A.

The interior fence at the pool has been re-stained.  The fence at the East entrance will also be stained.

When you mow or edge, please do not allow the grass clipping to enter the storm water drains.  All materials which enter the storm water drains end up in Reserve A or Reserve B.  It is very costly to remove materials from the Reserves.  In addition, it is violation of Broken Arrow Ordinances to dispose anything in the storm drains.

Please respect your neighbor’s property when you walk your dogs.  If they poop, then please scoop.

Individual garage sales are not permitted under the covenants; however, the covenants do provide for a once a year, addition wide,  garage sale day.  This year the annual addition wide garage sale  will be on  September 10th from 8 am to 4 pm.   So mark your calendar and start digging out those items you want to sell on September 10th 2011.

Pool will open Memorial Day week-end and close on Labor day week-end.  If you wish to reserve the pool for a private party, call Beverly Kozlowski at 918-449-8841.

It is in violation of Broken Arrow Ordinance to ride off road vehicles (dirt bikes, mini bikes, pocket bikes, three wheelers, four wheelers, etc) within and on the streets of Seven Oaks Addition.  Broken Arrow police enforce the Ordinance by issuing tickets to violators of this Ordinance.

Boats must be garaged.  They are NOT permitted in driveways or on side streets, except for loading and unloading.  Please cooperate.  It costs your dues dollars to enforce the Covenants.  The Board would prefer to spend dues dollars on more value enhancing activities rather than on legal fees to enforce the Covenants.

As per the Covenants, only For Sale or For Rent signs are permitted to be displayed in yards.  Any  other type of sign is in violation of the Covenants and shall not be displayed.
