Pool Hours And Capacity

8:00 AM-9:00PM, Tu-Th & Sun

8:00AM-10:00PM, Fri-Sat

Pool closed on Monday until 5:00 PM for cleaning and shocking with chemicals.

DO NOT swim during this time.  Injury from chemicals may occur if you enter the water before 5:00 PM on Monday’s.

Pool capacity:  50 persons.

Pool Card Needed To Enter And Exit The Seven Oaks Swimming Pool

A pool card is required to use the Seven Oaks Swimming Pool.  The pool card is used to enter (swipe in) and to exit (swipe out) the pool.   A pool card may be requested from Mrs. Jean Franklin, Pool Committee Chairperson, by calling her at 918-595-5326.  In order to use the pool card, dues must be paid by June 30th and a completed Swimming Pool Agreement must be on file.   In other words, every family may obtain a pool card; but it will only be activated when annual dues have been paid by June 3oth AND a completed Swimming Pool Agreement is on file.

Surveillance In Use

The pool is monitored 24/7/365.  All activities are recorded and are reviewed.  Violations of the rules of use of the pool will result in loss of use of pool.

Swimming Pool Agreement

A completed copy of the Swimming Pool Agreement must be on file for each family using the pool.  All pool users must  understand and obey the rules of pool use for everyone’s safety.

If you have not completed and submitted a copy of the Swimming Pool Agreement, please print a copy, fill it in, and mail it to:  Seven Oaks HOA, Inc., P. O. Box 2196, Broken Arrow, OK, 74013.  Attn:  Pool Committee.

If a completed copy is not received by June 30th, we will have to terminate your pool privileges until a copy it received for the family unit.

Note:  Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied to the pool by an adult.  An adult is defined as being 18 years of age or older.   Anyone 16 years of age or older may swim in the pool without adult supervision.
